At the top of the screen you will see period dates, as below.
It is important, when looking at reports that you adjust the period dates first, the information displayed will relate to the period dates displayed.
In some reports you will have the option to custom your own period dates or view information from your year start date.
At the top of the screen under the period dates you will see a ribbon of icons, as below.

1 = New Template - click on this when a new template is required
2 = New Stand Alone Template - click on this when sending a stand alone e mail to members (see e mailing)
3 = Delete Template
4 = Save Template - when creating or changing a Template, click on Save
5 = Load Template - when loading a Template from an external source
6 = Find - this is where we create finds to extract information out of the data base
7 = Full Screen
8 = View Report - use this icon whenever you need to view any selected information
9 = Design Report - this will take you to a new window where specific reports, like the subscription letter are designed.
10 = Generate E Mail and Print Batch - when generating e mails click here to send
11 = Extract - when extracting information from the data base click here
12 = Export - when exporting information from the data base click here
13 = Exit - Exit from the screen display
