From Left to Right:

Copy Member Info - allows copy & paste to another document of member name & address.

Add Member Note - allows you to add a member note manually to the members record.

Add Member Card - allows you to add a card to the members record.

Edit Member Card - allows you to edit a card to the members record.

Delete Member Card - allows you to delete a card from the members record.

Letters to Member - allows you to print or e mail a letter to the member.

Quick E Mail - allows you to send a quick e mail to the member.

Preview Member Statement - allows you to view and / or print the members statement for the period selected in the period dates. See The Desktop / Period Dates.

Preview Subscription Letter- allows you to view and /or print / e mail the members subscription letter.

Family Total - allows you to view charges made to a family group.
