An Ad Hoc sale is selling an Extra Service to a member, for example a locker, after the main subscription has been paid for.

These Ad Hoc sales are treated differently in the system, as they do not appear on the Subscription Notice, as this has already been paid for and the payment when made is a general payment and shows on the Member Statement.
