You need the right paper - select A4 in the PAPER area. This will automatically set up the correct paper size.
Now you need to enter the distance in CMs in the PAPER MARGIN area between...
BOTTOM: the distance in cms between the bottom of the sheet and the bottom of the lowest label.
You may wish to set this to 0 (zero) as it has little effect.
LEFT: the distance in cms between the left edge of the sheet and the left most label.
You may wish to set this a higher value to move all labels further across the sheet.
RIGHT: The distance in cms between the right hand edge of the sheet and the right hand edge of the labels. You may wish to set this to 0 (zero) as it has little effect.
TOP: The distance between the top of the sheet and the top of the highest label.
You may wish to set this to a higher value to move all labels down the sheet.
Make sure that in the LABEL area the Top Margin and Left Margin are 0.
This is IMPORTANT.
If you want to move the labels to the right INCREASE the value of LEFT margin in the PAPER MARGIN area.
If you want to move the labels to the down INCREASE the value of TOP margin in the PAPER MARGIN area.
Be careful with this as if you move it down too far you may force the bottom label on the page to the next sheet. If this happens, set the BOTTOM value to 0.
NOTE: When entering values less than 0 make sure you type in the leading 0 - so enter 0.4 for 4/10s of a Centimeter NOT .4 (which will result in 4.0 Centimeters!).
When you have finished editing the label setup click on SAVE.
Make sure you reselect the label you want as by default it reverts back to the first label type in the list.
