When searching for groups of members you can create finds which can be saved and therefore will be available for future use.
Click on Clear All - this will clear any fields used previously.
Click on Add New Query - you can now name your search.
Select your search criteria
Click on Save.
Click on OK. This will generate the found members.
Once you have generated the list of members and the template you have created for the export is highlighted, click on save and the members will also be saved against that template.
Click on extract data, this will now bring together the information you require for the found members.
Click on Export, you can now export and save as an excel spread sheet anywhere on you pc.
When you open the spread sheet for the first time it must be changed from protected to unprotected.
