Club | Club Info

Double click on Club name.

Click on the New / Resigned Members Tab

The numbers that are entered in the boxes will affect a members charges.

Where a new member joins they will be charged a pro ratered rate depending on the month they join.

As in the example above:

If the sub year starts on 1st January, box 1 = Jan, box 2 = February etc

Therefore if the member joins in April he will be charged 9/12's of the pro ratered charge.

Where a member resigns or changes category the amount he will be refunded depends on the entries in these boxes.

As in the example above there is no pro ratering refunds.
