Setting Up Salutations For The Club

Go to: Club / Set up / Salutations

Here is a list of salutations which can be used against a member:

Member / Member Details / Title

If a title is not in the list you can add a title in Club / Setup / Salutation / Add.

Or

Double Click on an existing salutation to view the properties, as below:

As in the example above the properties are for Mrs.

You can edit the fields as required.

The Suffix text can be used for Honours, as in the example below

Once you have created the salutation and how you want it to display, click on Save.

When creating Letters you can use the Address and Letter Salutation options.
