This is where you will set up information specific to the Club. Use the top part of the screen to define how your information will appear on reports and letters.


There are a number of Tabs in the lower half of the screen.


These are set up to set particular and default values in the system. They cover areas such as VAT, default nominal codes for various accounts in the system, Swipe Card ording information, Till (POS) receipt marketing messages, Web Site banner information, Web Site passwords, and the different account tabs in the system.


Use the sub-menus in this part of the help system for each of the tabs.
