The database tools are used to backup and restore your database.

Backups are very important and should be completed on a regular basis and WHENEVER you you about to undertake a serious operation e.g The Start of Year process where you move the Planned Year calculations into the current year, and archive the current year to a historical year.

Select a location and name for the Backup and click on the OK button at the bottom left of the screen.

If you wish to restore a database, then please call Support on 0870 162 4991 before you do it - it may not be necessary!
